Quality workmanship, After a sewer backup flooded our basement area, and hallway, all the flooring and bathroom fixtures were removed. We were left with a partially torn up wall and sink and toilet were left on the floor, what a mess. Maurice came in and helped the insurance realize the estimate for replacing was too low and the project tuned into a reconstruction project not replacement. We now have a nice new bathroom Maurice rebuilt the bathroom:walls, floors shower and even build me shelves.The bathroom is now beautiful and functional. We also had our nasty carpet replaced with laminated wood floor that will add value to our home.
Maurice and his crew members Jeremy and Dillon, worked like crazy to complete our job,
all the guys were polite and listened when we had ideas or had to change directions. Never were the guys anything but polite and courteous. Maurice is a man of this word, is detailed followed up on his promises, helped us through frustrating and delayed scheduling for our project, due to insurance. Maurice knows to how to get a job done without fuss or dramatics. I am so very glad that Maurice and his company Superior Contraction of Colorado were recommended to us.
We would and have recommend Superior and Maurice Hoffman to others. Personally I think of Maurice as a white knight in a big red pickup..

I feel so happy and blessed to have found Maurice as my contractor extraordinaire! We purchased a house and were putting drywall up, and the drywall guy took off with our money and without completing the job. I was referred to Maurice from 2 people who were extremely satisfied with his work. I was immediately put at ease when he offered to come over the next day to check things out. He gave us his recommendations and helped us to finish the project that was abandoned. We immediately contracted him to renovate our 3 bathrooms, add functional and aesthetic additions to our Mid mod kitchen, electric work, and build out a home office with custom desk. Maurice has been exceptionally responsive on phone and text, thoroughly communicative (which I appreciate, being a female who is project managing our home, while my husband travels for work). I trust him implicitly to work in my home, when I am not able to be there, and I really appreciate that he collaborates with me on design and is able to multitask so efficiently. Maurice literally is our hero and it’s because of him that we were able to move into our new home on time, and with ease. We are so happy living in our Mid Mod house and Maurice’s contracting work touches every room in our beautiful home! It’s always a sad day when Maurice moves on to other projects... until I find something else to bring him back!! I have recommended him to several friends who have used him and are very happy, and I continue to recommend him 100% for your contracting needs!!!!

I am so pleased with the work that Maurice and his company did in our home. He was initially contracted for one bathroom job, which evolved into many more house projects. We are happy with the smoothness of our relationship, the open lines of communication and response time, as well as the quality and timeliness of his work. Superior Floors does outstanding work. We moved into a new house and had Superior Floors do quite a few renovations (and some new stuff) for us. Their work is absolutely excellent and top top top quality! They have even gone above and beyond to rescue us when we had water leaks. I am forever grateful!!!

I had two bathrooms remodeled by this company. The work performed was not up to the quality described during the initial bidding process. The expensive price charged was not commensurate with the actual finished work. I used textured floor tile in one of the bathrooms and grout wasn't properly wiped off, such that there was significant haze and deposits covering most of the tiles. I had to spend a lot of time using acidic grout remover and physically scrapping it to properly remove it. An issue involving poor grout removal should have not occurred considering this business deals with floors. Many other aspects of the project were not done well and I had to hire other professionals, including a plumber, electrician, and tile installer to fix them. Finally, after they "completed" the job and left, I noticed four of my high quality steak knives missing from the butcher block. I am the sole person who lives here in my home, and Maurice and his crew were the only others who had access to my home during the remodel. My advice is for the consumer to conduct due diligence in researching a contractor using the Revdex.com, Angie's List, Home Advisor and other reputable sources before hiring.

There are not enough positive words to describe our experiences with Superior Floors. Prompt, courteous, professional, and talented are a few - Beyond talented and knowledgeable.
