Do not use this companyIn the beginning, I was in contact with a lady named Britney that was great; she was friendly, flexible, and gave off good vibesShe quoted me for my move and on the day the movers came, they told me they had to charge me more to appropriately wrap my belongings to prevent damageThe total came out to $more than the original quoteWhen I was ready for my belongings (I moved out of state), I called Britney and she told me she’d have to look into the schedule to see how soon my stuff could be transported; she said a lady named Maria would call me later on to discussI let her know I didn’t want to secure a storage unit until I knew when my stuff would arrive so I wasn’t paying for an empty storage unitThis was on a WednesdayI did not hear back and assumed they were just busyI called the following Monday and Britney said she didn’t have any updates for me but would have Maria call me back as soon as she got into the officeI did not receive any call backsTuesday came and a man called stating he was nearby with my stuff; since this was unexpected and no one communicated with me, we agreed he would deliver my belongings the following day so I had time to make arrangementsHe texted me at 10pm that same night asking if I can meet him at the storage unit at 8am the following day; I agreedI went to the storage facility at 750am and waitedHe did not showI texted him around 8am and he responded, stating they just woke up and he’d be there in an hour and a halfI was annoyed but there was nothing I could doHe still came late and the gentleman he was with made casual conversation with me; he said they met with his parents and had breakfast this morningI was a bit offended as it sounded like they could have notified me ahead of time that they were going to be late so I didn’t waste my time going to the storage facility at 8amThey unloaded my stuff and to my disappointment, many of my new pieces of furniture were broken and damagedBoxes that were marked “fragile” were squished and in poor conditionI was making notes of this and taking pictures and the man said to me, “They aren’t gonna care about your damaged boxes.” After they unloaded my stuff, I called Britney, extremely upset, and she told me she’d have Maria call me back to file a claimStill have not heard anything from themBritney was great until the company had my possessions; she then had a very different attitude and always brushed me off, claiming this Maria person would call me, which never happenedAbsolutely poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

The person who picked my household goods up from this company, was extremely aggressive, very arrogant, and forced me to pay $dollars above the quoteMy original quote was for cubic feet, when in fact, I only used cubic feetThis was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a moving company, please do not use them! This person told me, he would call me within hours of my delivery, which he did, on a Saturday night, I did not have the cash on hand, he charged me a $dollar inconvenience fee for using my debit card, and told me, and I quote, it wasn't his fault, he did his job and didn't care what I thought, end of quotePlease please please, do not use this company, the person loading your household goods, is extremely unpleasant

USA Moving has moved me timesI appreciate the expedited service the first time, the dispatcher gave Mr great customer service Most recently, I moved from AZ to New York.The price was fair and I wouldn't use another mover, even if the charged lessYou get what you pay for and USA Moving is #in my book!

I just moved to with Move, the crew was good and efficientGot my delivery fast and with no damagesMaria and Rob answered all my questions and made my move a lot smoother

I had them move from phoenix to madison, they will call you and quote you the lowest price on the market but when they are done loading up your luggage in the truck they would ask for more money for smallest stuffI took the complete package for assembling and dissembling but they would just load up everything after dissembling and would not assemble back at your delivery locationBeware of their marking guy "Anthony" he would call you up talk sweetly and make all sort of promises, but once you pay the initial $for the "booking" he would stop picking up your calls
Avoid this movers at all cost , they just do not care about your stuff, they just want to make money

Express Vanlines was hired for a move from Scottsdale AZ to Seattle WA The morning of the move 1st Choice Moving and Storage showed up and started to pack the truck while the Forman did the paper work with me I assumed they were affiliated with Express Vanlines they didn't specify otherwise The truck was half loaded when the Forman (who spoke broken english) told me I would have to pay an additional $dollars for an additional two boxes After they left and upon review of the paper work I discovered I was cubic feet below my allowed footage
They where to show up in Seattle the 29th I started calling on the 29th and didn't get a return call until the 31st He said he would show up at 8pm that night, ensuring completion beyond midnight We arranged for delivery the 1st am at 11:00pm I called the driver and he said he would be there at noon At 1:00pm he couldn't find the address so I drove to him and showed him how to get to my address
