The openers work perfectly and smoother than previously. The technician aligned the doors and then installed the openers perfectly. I am amazed to see how fast he was working on my damaged door. Thank you Superior Garage Doors!

This complaint is about Superior Garage Doors- Glenview, IL , Mr. Moshe ***, Owner/CEO. We choose this business because they are Revdex.com accredited. After getting this garage door company to come out to our house they informed us that it would be $300 to fix. We said we are not interested since the other company was going to charge us $190. The tech called his boss (not sure if boss or not) and then his boss said he would do it for $250. We still said no. He then demanded that we pay the tech $30. we said no this was never discussed and your website says otherwise no service fee/upfront pricing. The tech then passed the phone to my husband and the boss named "Ron" "Rob" that is what the tech called him I believe hard to understand (they both have middle eastern accents). He started yelling at my husband so my husband handed the phone back to the tech and told him to get off our property and leave. the tech left right away. Then a phone number called my husband’s phone about 5 times. I finally told him to answer and it was the same guy he talked to on the techs phone. He started screaming at my husband. He told my husband he was going to *** his mother, you hillbilly piece of ***. We grab our other phone and started to record the call. This man then threatened my husband’s life saying go and take care of your family I am going to come out and take care of you (my husband). My husband said what's that supposed to mean, he then said you will find out for yourself. My husband said oh yeah does that mean you are going to come fix my garage he then said to my husband sure it will be something like that. He then started calling my husband a son of a *** you mother ***.. and also saying *** you ***. My husband then said I do not understand your motive here why are you bothering me? The guy then said because you are a son of a *** that’s why. My husband then said because I refused your service you are going to call me and call me a son of a ***. He said yes you are a son of a *** this is my comment. My husband then asked him what his name was he my name is go *** yourself and my last name is you son of a ***. My husband said oh really that’s a good name. My husband then continued to say let me tell you something I do not appreciate this and I am probably going to call the cops and I recorded this whole conversation, I have your companies name and it’s just not going to look good. I am going to post this on social media. the guy starts laughing saying oh really go ahead you *** hillbilly. My husband then said okay thanks for your time have a good night. the guy said okay you son of a ***. My husband said I thought that was your name. he then said to my husband in a whisper you *** ha-ha-ha-ha. My husband then hung up the phone. We called the police they came and took the report and tried calling the number back it was disconnected. The police officer then tried calling the number on the Revdex.com site that was reported for the company, no answer. He then tried the number on the site, no answer. Claiming they are A+ Revdex.com accredited and have your logo on their site when Revdex.com site says they are not. For the company to even try and say this did not happen would be a lie. We have it all on recording. Not only did they threaten our lives they discriminated against us and belittled us. I am outraged that a person would allow people like this to work for their company. This is a horrible company. Also, this man that owns the company also owns a similar company in Atlanta http://www.superiorgaragedoorsatlanta.com/-- The CEO of both companies is Mr. Moshe ***.
