Very disappointing experienceActually discharged and paid off SG&S before work was completed because entire experience and work quality was so poor I didn't want them to continueWorkers left concrete debris in several places on the lawn and didn't pick it up despite several requestsOn area was so bad, I will probably have to re-sod..sales team was non-responsive and rudeWork quality was poor, I could see spaces in the roof where the screen was not inserted correctly and had to get them to redo itthey were intending to leave the gaps had I not complainedThere also was a serious problem with grading the SG&S ignored which was brought to my attention by the their concrete subcontractorThat meant that some of the problems I had that caused me to redo the pool enclosure would not have been solved I ended up getting a second company to come in, repair the grading issues and did and excellent jobWish I'd had the second from the startThe second company was outstanding
