Superior Health Plan's billing arm, Ambetter, sent me an email stating I was days behind on my health insurance payment and I never contacted them for health insuranceIn phoning in to try to figure out why I was getting billed, the staff took my SS# and other personal and vital informationThey wanted to take my payment on line, but I wanted to talk with someone to clarify which company this wasThey gave me another 800# to which I also gave all of my vital information and then this staff person finally stated he was from the Healthcare.gov marketplace which is NOT where I purchased my coverage for I nearly paid for policies for next year because of this company's deceptive and pushy practicesNow I feel my private information is out there in the hands of corrupt people who will misuse it

Superior Health Plan's billing arm, Ambetter, sent me an email stating I was 30 days behind on my health insurance payment and I never contacted them for health insurance. In phoning in to try to figure out why I was getting billed, the staff took my SS# and other personal and vital information. They wanted to take my payment on line, but I wanted to talk with someone to clarify which company this was. They gave me another 800# to which I also gave all of my vital information and then this staff person finally stated he was from the Healthcare.gov marketplace which is NOT where I purchased my coverage for 2017. I nearly paid for 2 policies for next year because of this company's deceptive and pushy practices. Now I feel my private information is out there in the hands of corrupt people who will misuse it.

My daughter who is autistic recently had her ssi benefits cut from social security administration. Like an it I chose to enroll my daughter under superior health and after only one month that have made my life completely miserable. They approved for her to have her brand SINGULARE for 12 months, and then they turned around and denied it the following month. They have chosen to deny her the nasal spray that she uses daily Dymista and they have denied her OT services that she also needs. I will NEVER recommend this company to NOBODY for services and I will be changing her ins group tomorrow morning. This company is HORRIBLE!
