We are a small business, and have used Superior heating and cooling for a few years for mostly semi-annual inspectionThey have "repaired" our air-handler twice before, and the problem has not been correctedOn November they were scheduled to come out, because again, our secondary galvanized drain pan was overflowing because that drain was also not drainingWe are open 9-M-F, and they confirmed a tech would be there at 3:November At 4:I called, and they said he was comingAt 5:00pm we closeAt 4:he shows up, cuts a couple lines, pulls the breaker, and leaves a service sheet saying "unit has a cracked drain pan"So next day, no A.C...no one callsSo I call them and speak with "Eli"he says he has to order a primary pan because it is cracked, and since it is a unit he doesn't know when the part will comeMaybe 7-daysNO A.Cand I have to call themSo I call another A.Crepairman, and immediately he shows me where the drain outlet nipple (which is a female threaded fitting) was cracked and broken because "someone" had forced the drain line to try and mate it up before, cracking the nippleThis was previously worked on twice by Superior, and never a mention beforeClearly their tech broke it and just leftThen my guess is they would eventually try and sell me a whole new air handlerDon't know because NO ONE from Superior has ever called back, and today is November 24th...These guys are scammers, and hackersTheir techs are not professional or qualified, and they will look or create ANY circumstance to upsell businessI will not let them back for any reason, nor let them touch my A.Csystem

This is a very reliable company. Fast service, on time, neat and clean. The men were polite and willing to explain what they did & why. I would give them a higher recommendation if they had one.

My appointment was at 9 a.m. and Superior actually showed up closer to 8:50 a.m. I was happy that they were timely even though I was just getting my annual check. The serviceman talked me through what he was doing and went off and did his thing. He was efficient and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I highly recommend them!
