Review: This company did a home inspection for us before we purchased a new home. After stating that the home was safe and free of mold and leaks we proceeded to purchase. Upon entering the home we have found black mold in the kitchen, laundry room and Master Bathroom. The water heater was leaking,as well as the swap cooler. There was a gas leak in the propane line. The home has now cost us thousands to try to make it safe to live in. I contacted the owner who stated oh well the old owners must have done something. He not only refused to fix it but would not return my money for the inspection.These are serious issues when moving into a home. He needs to be investigated as this should not happen to anyone.Desired Settlement: I want at the very least a refund for the inspection that was not correct. I also would like him to pay for the mold removal as well as the new sub floors we have had to put in.
