I GAVE *** AND *** THE LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, THEY HAVE ADDED SOMETHING AND TAKEN SOME THINGS AWAY, BECAUSE THEY WAS FIXED(KITCHEN LIGHTEN)BOYS BATHROOM HAS TO BE REDONEBOTH DOORS HAS TO BE REPLACED SHELL AND ALLFIX MY GROUT, LIGHT SWITCH, CRACKS IN THE DRY WALLMASTER BATH HOT TUB, TALK IT OVER AND TO SEE IF IT CAN BE FIXED OR IF A NEW ONE SHOULD BE INPLACEIF THEY CAN FIX IT WHERE WATER DON'T GO DOWN ON THE FLOOR, SEALED GOOD, IM GOOD WITH IT, BUT WHEN YOU PAY EXTRA FOR SOMETHING NEW THATS WHAT YOU WANT NEWBUT HE IS GOING TO WORK AND DO WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE IT RIGHTMASTER BEDROOM FLOOR HAS A GIVE IN IT BOUNCE TO BOUNCE, SO HE IS GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE TO PULL CARPET BACK AND CHECK THINGS OUT IF ITS BAD ON THEIR PART THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEMSAME IN THE KITCHEN FLOORTHEY HAVE THE PAPER WORK THAT THEY WROTE ON, THEY CAN SEND THAT TO YOU ALLAND YOU CAN SEND IT TO METHEY SAID THEY WILL START IN FEB(AS LONG AS WEATHER IS PERMITTING) THEY WILL NOT LEAVE AND COME BACK HE WILL MAKE SURE THEY STAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHEDIF IT TAKES A WEEK OR LONGER..... METAL FRAMES THE HOUSE CAME ON, HAS BEEN IN OUR LOT FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS, *** HOMES WOULD LIKE THESE BACK, *** SAID THEY HAVE TO PAY RENT BEFORE THE MOVE THEM OUTBUT IF THIS GUY *** DOES THE HOUSE RIGHT AND HELPS GETTING THE HOUSE DONE RIGHT AND THE FLOORING IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM RATHER IF ITS THIER FAULT OR SOMETHING WE HAVE TO FIX, IF THEY COULD HELP OUT WITH THESE AND THEY HAVE PAID US FOR THE NYLON THAT HAS DEBRI COMING THUR EVERYWHERE THEIR IS NYLON, MAYBE IF WE BUT THE LAMNEIT FLOOR MAYBE HIS GUYS COULD LAY THAT, BUT WE DID NOT TALK ABOUT THIS PARTBUT IT WOULD SAVE THEM MONEY FOR THE FRAMES TO BE PICKED UPIM JUST SAYING YOU HELP US OUT WE CAN DO THE SAME*** WAS VERY NICE AND HE GOT DOWN TO THE POINTTHIS MEETING WAS LONG OVER DO, IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED MONTHS AGO IF *** WOULD HAVE TALKED TO *** ABOUT THIS............IF YOU COULD GET A COPY OF THE THINGS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO FIX AND SEND TO ME WOULD BE GREAT...... I am looking forward to seeing [redacted] and [redacted] who is Service Manager of [redacted] Homes. When they call to make an appointment and/or check my home to give me a list of things that they are going to fix, along with the dates these will be completed, I will address the issue of the dispute.
However at this time November 8m, 2014 they have not contacted me. I have waited long enough for my home to be fixed right. I think they used cheap sub-flooring and that is why we have such a big flooring issue.

Manager of [redacted]) homes called and made appiont for Tuesday the Nov. 18 2014 but was suppose to call and comfirm a time, he has not done that... waiting on time and to see what they are planning on doing when they come Tuesday... thanks [redacted] 11/14/14..
