Responding to Ms [redacted] assertion that she was sold a “Bumper to Bumper” Performance Plan, those are her words not oursThat is not a word track we condone or use at this DealershipAs far as our customer relationship with Ms [redacted] she purchased this [redacted] in September 2011, almost three years agoAccording to our service files, we performed the following services to her vehicle within the first three months following her purchase: · 9/6/ Purchase [redacted] ***e 78857miles with a year 24k service contract for $ · 10/11/ In Service for quarts of oil low Added oil and recommended to come back in miles No charge to customer Miles · 10/15/ In Service for tensioner belt came loose Reinstalled no charge to customer Checked oil as it was registering full Miles · 11/21/ In Service for an oil change No charge to customer Miles · 11/22/ Replaced drive belt as it came loose again Extended warranty paid $ Superior Honda paid the rest No Charge to customer Miles We have no record of any additional service on Ms [redacted] ’s vehicle or contact with her subsequent to 11/22/ Based on information from the Extended Service Provider, we do know that additional claims were filed and were paid to other service facilities for work done to the [redacted] ***e under the Service ContractWe are hard pressed to agree to reimburse Ms [redacted] for a Service Contract that was active for the prescribed two year period of the Service Contract on a car that was driven 25-30,miles by her during the months she owned the vehicle and we have no record of any contact with her which is supported by the fact that she does not mention any specific interactions with our management teamIn addition, we had no knowledge of this issue prior to receiving this complaint and she also no longer owns the vehicleIn summary, we are not willing to reimburse Ms [redacted]

Our General Manager has and is attempting to contact Ms.*** to discuss her concerns

Responding to Ms. [redacted] assertion that she was sold a “Bumper to Bumper” Performance Plan, those are her words not ours. That is not a word track we condone or use at this Dealership. As far as our customer relationship with Ms. [redacted] she purchased this [redacted] in September 2011, almost three years ago. According to our service files, we performed the following services to her vehicle within the first three months following her purchase:
·        9/6/2011              Purchase 2006 [redacted]e 78857miles with a 2 year 24k service contract for $1898.00.
·        10/11/11              In Service for 2 quarts of oil low.  Added oil and recommended to come back in 500 miles.  No charge to customer.  Miles 81153
·        10/15/11              In Service for tensioner belt came loose.  Reinstalled no charge to customer.   Checked oil as it was registering full.  Miles 81364
·        11/21/11              In Service for an oil change.  No charge to customer.                                   �...                   Miles 82515
·        11/22/11              Replaced drive belt as it came loose again.  Extended warranty paid $142.00  Superior Honda paid the rest.  No Charge to customer.

We have no record of any additional service on Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle or contact with her subsequent to 11/22/11.  Based on information from the Extended Service Provider, we do know that additional claims were filed and were paid to other service facilities for work done to the 06 [redacted]e under the Service Contract. We are hard pressed to agree to reimburse Ms. [redacted] for a Service Contract that was active for the prescribed two year period of the Service Contract on a car that was driven 25-30,000 miles by her during the 34 months she owned the vehicle and we have no record of any contact with her which is supported by the fact that she does not mention any specific interactions with our management team. In addition, we had no knowledge of this issue prior to receiving this complaint and she also no longer owns the vehicle. In summary, we are not willing to reimburse Ms. [redacted].
