Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]...

We have 30 days warranty on all services, except virus removal. It is very unlikely that anyone from our store could have said what she ([redacted]) is claiming. However, when contacted she said that she...

did not file the complaint and that she is not aware of it, her wife may have filed it for her. She also said there may have been a communication between her wife and our store personnel.
Anyway, on April [redacted], we reached out to her, told her that she can come back with the laptop anytime during our store hours and that her laptop was still under warranty and we would resolve any issue that the laptop may have related to the order. She said she would be busy during the week and that she will come by during the weekend.
Yesterday, April [redacted], She ([redacted]) came in to the store to drop off the laptop. After we signed in her laptop for warranty work and confirmed that all issues related to the order will be resolved, she demanded to know "WHEN WILL IT BE READY!". We told her that we will expedite her order on a priority basis but cannot give her a specific date before we determine the status of the laptop. At this point she utters profanity and snatches her laptop from the desk and storms out of the store. I went after her and requested to calm down and told her at least she would have to sign off the paper if she want to take her computer back, at this point she storms back into the store picks up paperwork belonging to other customer's order and tare them into half and storms out again. I should have all or part of it on video of our store surveillance system.
Her laptop is still under warranty, we are willing resolve the issue related to the order, but for some reason, personal or emotional, she does want our service we are willing to give her a full refund.

Review: Home network comprimised. The worked on 2 compuers 3 times and the problem continued. After they worked on my computers, hotmail showed that I was at another location. Contacted [redacted](router) support, now the problem has been resolved. I was not satisfied with this service for not even addressing the router. The date of contract 7/**/2015 and I have 45 day customer satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied.Desired Settlement: return $749.99

Review: Sisco Tek charged $48.00 for a diagnostics check that claimed my darkened laptop screen was due to the LCD invertor. They charged $45.00 for the invertor, and $100.00 for the service of changing the invertor. They promised no longer than 1 to 1 1/2 weeks for the repair. In reality, I had to wait for over 2 weeks for them to "repair" my laptop. When I picked up my laptop, paid, and went home to find it working for only half hour before the screen once again went dark. I returned to Sisco Tek to question why my initial problem would re-occur. They replied that it might be the LCD and that I need to replace that, instead. I asked them, then, to refund my LCD invertor since it was not necessary to replace. They refused and offered no discount on any further repairs. I asked, at least, for the $48 diagnostics fee back since it was a mistaken diagnosis. They, again, refused. I paid for them to NOT know what is wrong with my laptop screen and NOT fix it.Desired Settlement: I think Sisco Tek should refund what I paid since they neither fixed my computer nor know what is wrong with it. They promised, but did not fix it in a timely manner. They also refused all further service as soon as I paid, in full, for the initial services that was a mistake--since it was not the invertor, apparently, and they verbally acknowledged their mistake when confronted. I want a refund for $100.99 for making me pay for a new invertor when the old one was not the problem, and pay for the service of switching out the invertor.
