Review: Repair work on truck that has been paid for since 2013 , has not been done/completed. We have a been promised and been given excuse after excuse over and over again. Coachwerx cashed the insurance check 3-27-2013 and to date have not done/completed repairs. When you go to his shop, he is not there and unavailable. His secretary [redacted] always has an excuse for the owner . My business has taken a great loss because of this tremendous delay. We use to go to [redacted] and [redacted]. each week, now we only have one truck to cover the area's and business has suffered because of this issue. I do not know the condition of the truck not knowing if anyone has been starting the truck on a regular basic, or if parts have been taken off of it for other vehicles, no one gives me an update. Since Coachwerx has had the truck there is graffiti on the side of the truck, they use to park it out side along side a fence while under there care, now they have it locked in there facility. The company does not have the money to pay for another facility to repair the truck, that is what the insurance check that was cashed by Coachwerx was for.Desired Settlement: I want the truck to be completely repaired, or a full refund which includes the cost of a lawyer that I had to retain to contact [redacted], concerning this matter. I want graffiti removed, a mechanic written report that certifies the truck is completely repaired in every way and in good operating condition after sitting so long, if not truck to be fixes an paid for by Coachwerx . I would like loss of income replacement for the time he has had the truck out of commission.
