Review: I paid Mr. H[redacted] $100 to come to my business, fix my DVR, buy a new hard drive and install it, and put my cameras back on line. After multiple attempts, my historically-locked cupboard is taken apart in pieces, leaving access to my DVR to employees and strangers. My DVR, I was told by Mr. H[redacted], is not recording. My employee stole over $363 on Thursday from Petty Cash, and I want it pulled up on camera to deliver to the police.Desired Settlement: Not only to finish the job, but to locate the recording so I can prosecute my former employee. If no recording can be found, I request the cash money that was stolen, be replaced by Mr. H[redacted], seeing as there is no proof to submit to the police proving who stole the cash from the drawer.
