Review: Contractor came to home to measure for window blinds on July * 2013. The contractor demanded $400 about half the price of blinds .. Check for $400 given to contractor and receipt written.... Contractor made appointment to install the window blinds Never showed up Will not take telephone callsDesired Settlement: Refund deposit of $400
