I have attached a copy of my brother [redacted] 's time line of events when he did the SPECIFIED work that MR [redacted] requestedI can be reached at [redacted] for further informationMr [redacted] proceeded to call my office and be belligerent towards my office secretary and refused to allow us to schedule a time for us to go back out and attempt to repair a problem that we did not causeWhen a sire is "open", it means that the issue is electrical and not mechanicalThe issue at valve work that the customer requested was specifically mechanical, putting Mr***'s claim that we damaged his system totally falseHaving years of business experience, I can see what the ***'s are attempting to doMy guys did specifically what [redacted] wanted [redacted] and ***, my technicians do on a professional daily basisMr [redacted] was specific on what work he needed done and that is exactly what we didHe also told my brother [redacted] , "YOU [redacted] UP BY NOT CHECKING MY SYSTEM TO SEE WHAT ELSE WAS WRONG! NOW FIX IT"! That comment made sense as to what [redacted] was trying to achieve from our visitI believe a FREE repair at our expenseWe have been ripped off by customers like this in the pastPlease help!! Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business has made absolutely no attempt to resolve the complaint They deny any wrongdoing, repeatedly blaming the consumer for everything when the evidence clearly shows that they damaged our property The facts here are simple: (1) our sprinkler system was working before this company came to replace a leaky valve; (2) the workmen came and replaced the valve and immediately thereafter our system would not work; (3) the company first tried to blame a rain sensor for the reason the system would not work and, when my husband questioned this faulty reasoning, the company in turn blamed my husband, saying that the system never worked to begin with and that we were engaging in some sort of elaborate scheme to defraud them; (4) shortly thereafter, my husband found a cut wire in the exact location where these workmen were digging; and(5) my husband fixed this cut wire and voila, the system again worked.This Company has absolutely no evidence that it did not cause the damage in question In fact, all of the evidence points to the contrary The Company's responses show a continued pattern in blaming the consumer for their wrongdoing--even calling the police when we refused to pay them for damaging our system Other consumers need to be warned of this practice and, the Company should be warned that the Revdex.com will not condone this type of unlawful conduct Regards, [redacted] ***

Having 15 years of business experience, I can see what the  [redacted]'s are attempting to do. My guys did specifically what [redacted] wanted [redacted] and [redacted], my technicians do on a professional daily basis. Mr. [redacted] was specific on what work he needed done and that is exactly what we did. He also told my brother [redacted], "YOU [redacted] UP BY NOT CHECKING MY SYSTEM TO SEE WHAT ELSE WAS WRONG! NOW FIX IT"!  That comment made sense as to what [redacted] was trying to achieve from our visit.... I believe a FREE repair at our expense.
