My purpose in reaching out to Superior was to have my carpet in my apartment cleaned due to foot traffic over the last 2+ years My carpet is light brown/tan in color so although I have no stains simple daily use had taken a toll on heavy traffic areas First, I received a proactive phone call to make me aware that they were enrouteTimeliness is very important to me and shows that they do indeed value mine When they arrived they walked thru the apartment, carefully examining carpet in each room asking great questions and providing options to resolve I'd already moved items from the floor however they were even helpful in moving items that I was unable to How awesome is that?! Then, after seeing my carpet I was asked about my vacuuming habits, i.e., do I vacuum in the same directoin every time, and my answer was 'YES'I then learned something new as a result of my appointment with Superior, how changing the direction we vacuum can save your carpet!! I never knew this! How awesome is THAT?! When they began the actual process of cleaning, including stairs, they were timely, efficient and thoroughWhen complete my carpet looked brand new with beautiful lines!! They turned all ceiling fans on for me to aid in the drying time and left nothing behind for me to clean up In the end I was very pleased with the job completed by Superior Janitorial! Not simply the carpet cleaning itself but the extra things they did showed their commitment to providing the best customer service possible! I will use Superior Janitorial again in the future for sure AND will spread their name to others in need!! Kudos to Superior Janitorial!!
