This is just untrue and unacceptable we have had PLENTY of rain, and the grass I planted in the main yard just 200 feet away is coming up fine and even as tall and healthy as the other lawn in the yard. and I am not a professional landscaper and managed to do this just fine without one weed growing in it.they must know how to simply grow grass as a large landscape business?? There is now and was when they laid more dirt and seed, nothing but a large area of weeds where grass cannot possible grow, the weeds were simply covered up with dirt, so it only temporarily appeared as though it was rectified, until all the rain we have had washed the dirt into the ground to where the weeds were visible again, when they were here last time and just put a bandaid on the problem as to make it an easy fix. there was planned (and paid for in advance)to be grass there, not weeds. it needs to be tilled and reseeded to the point of grass growing, the watering is not a problem, check the past local weather reports and it will show the rainfall has been more than enough to take care of new grass growing. If they do stand behind their work after being paid and not just take the money and not finish the job, and there is a dry spot, it will be manually watered by us. this is ridiculous. what I am seeing is a company that not only takes money for an unfinished job but that also takes advantage of the elderly, I think people have a right to know this in a community brimming with the elderly. just till the ground and see that grass is planted in a way that it has a chance to grow. I will send more pictures of the current weed garden and information on the moisture levels in this area if needed. that it despicable to not do this little for someone who has hired someone to do a job and paid that much money and got taken advantage of. this effects the price of the property I would think as well, as the weeds are spreading now in the very large yard, this is a small spot, just hydroseed it so it has a chance to be healthy by the time the cold comes. the time has come and gone for the deadline on this. it should be addressed ASAP. and IF it was a matter of dry weather, which clearly it is not,it is really unreasonable to have left there leaving the responsibility of a 78 year old woman to carry that much water that far, it must be 200 feet to the hose. hydroseed like you should have in the first place asap and get this done with.

I looked over the property on 7/7/15 & saw the weeds in the area where we worked. I called a professional weed sprayer. He was there on 7/9/15. He told me that we can re-seed in 3 weeks. I will go in & hydroseed that even though seed broadcasting was the bid. Owners responsibility to water. Thank you, Wayne [redacted] Pres
