I am writing in response to this complaint, I feel this is NOT warranted of a BBB complaint as upon review any reasonable person could take in to consideration the circumstances causing us to be unable to provide fall clean up services to this customer who contacted us at the last minute in the end... of the fall season for a clean up. The weather turned very unfavorable with snow and rain all weekend and upcoming thanksgiving week, we worked dark till dark in these conditions trying to service every property and unfortunately just could not, also Betty our office manager was out sick and came in late the day in question and had not had a chance to contact this person... I made the decision to cancel service for this customer due to these conditions, as they were out of our immediate service area and were one of the last to request service this season. In no way does this situation warrant a bad mark on the BBB data base as the complaint is due primarily an act of god. Thanks you.

Again I apologize the weather did not cooperate with us this last week and for Our office personnel having been out sick had not been as prompt as usual with phone callsHowever I still feel this situation is far from any that would require the Revdex.com to be involved, this is about leaves not being cleaned up and a sick secretary that didn't make a phone call promptly not property damage, not someone being scammed, not poor quality workmanship, etcetcWe have an excellent standing in our community, with our customers and pride ourselves as such. I can only apologize as I do not wish to further discuss this and move on with things. Happy holidays

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Keep in mind everyone has their issues!
