This crew doing my next door neighbors house backed into my car that was parked behind them They lied first then said they didntt hit it It was obvious that it was themThe ball in the hitch and paint from their truck matched perfectI took a tape measure and measured and it was a perfect matchThis crew has been at this site for months They were loud when working(language inappropriate) They washed their debri into our yard (which I called company and was told they would clean it up and never did) If you want a bunch of loud mouthed offensive workers these are the ones to call They took no responsibility for any damage! And lied!!!!

I had j&s pools come out to my house to look at are pool pressure high on filter canister water low two men came out on a holiday just had tile cleaned water was at top of canister was not there for minuets did not touch nothing on pool said it was working fine two to three days go by same problem called j&s pools charlie diagnosed my pool over the phone and said it was the pool grids causing the problem j&s pools came back out replaced all pool grids the also told me that the pool sweep was not working that good pool sweep was replaced with new one from Leslie pools three days go by same problem called j&s pools matt called me back from j&s pools said the filters were dirty all filters were replaced three days ago was very rude with me I said its not working right told me they would have to charge me again to come out I said no its apparent you cant fix the problem with out charging
me I told them to stay off my property I will not pay for labor since the poo

J & S pool and spa service , This is the worst pool service I have ever had they lied to me about the readings on my control panel they sold me stuff I probably didn't even need the added too much salt to my pool terrible service they're supposed to come out one day to weeks in a row they didn't come out they came out the next morning and these were in such a hurry that they were here for seven minutes and didn't even turn on my pool pump and left didn't turn on my pool pump didn't clean the basket at my pool pump emptied my basket at the pool on to my decking didn't hose it off terrible work terrible job terrible maintenance these guys are is wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy J & S Pool service had it twice as much salt as I needed to my pool at start up and now I'm having to deal with that I'm going to have to drain my pool

I made an appointment for J & S Pool and Spa Service to come out, because my high speed and low speed did not come on automatically They would come on manually only The pool company sent some one out and he said that the filters are causing the water not to move thru properly, therefore, we bought the filters from the internet The high speed and the low speed still did not work automatically I notified them the following week and they sent another person out to my home That person said that there was something wrong with the high speed pool time clock The high speed time clock was replaced, however, it would come and stay on for at least or more hours a day I notified J & S Pools about this matter and ask them to set the time clock so the high speed would come on for only hours a day However, the high speed continues to come on and stay on or more hours I notified them 10/4, 10/13, 10/19, 10/27, 11/1, 11/7,

My Warranty company had J&S come out when I had some problems with my poolThe guy Mike had me order a new sweep $500, and told me that would fix my problemI bought a new one and it is great but did not fix the thermostat controller, or the pump problemI kept expecting them to return with the new thermostat switchwhen they didn't I called my warranty company and they read me the work order"Closed, told customer to buy a new o ring for pump"Crystal Pool Svc Inc of Fresno has been called to come out as I don't want J & S backLet's hope Crystal is more reputable!!!

Review: The company installed the sprinkler system for my house in 2010. A total of 30 sprinkler heads were installed. Each year the company comes to the house at the beginning of the summer to start the sprinkler system and at the end of the summer to shut the system for winterization. At the end of summer 2014 the technicians that came to shut the sprinkler system informed us that a large number of sprinkler heads were leaking. We wanted to know more and did not ask for repairs then. They came back this summer and repeated that 19 out of 30 sprinkler heads were defective. I asked the technician if 4-5 years was the expected life of the heads and he asked me to speak to the owner, Harold. I spoke to the owner who said that the warranty was over after 3 years so he was unable to do anything. He said that the heads installed were by the company [redacted] and that he has stopped installing those because of their earlier failure. It is worth noting that these failures (all 19 of them out of 30) were pointed out to us right after the warranty expired. The owner knew that these pieces had a problem but continued to install them. He refused to share with us if others who had the same product installed were facing failure after just 4 years. Neighbors that we spoke to have not had any such problem although their sprinklers were installed by other companies. Each of these heads costs $60 so just after 3 years the owner is asking us for $1140 in repairs for a system that he installed and has maintained since its installation.Desired Settlement: The owner should replace the leaking heads at no cost.

Review: I have yearly prepaid a sprinkler contract in October which includes opening of sprinklers in spring. Received email to schedule opening. When I called, phone was answered by new owner, who said he had my paperwork, and would honor my $80 prepayment by sending a check to me. He stated his business does not "go south of the Driscoll Bridge". Waited weeks, and called to follow up. Now he states the old owner will forward check. Weeks again, sending emails/calls to both new and old owner. No response. Called new owner, and asked secretary where my promised check was. She said owner promised me check, but now there are "too many" people to reimburse. I paid for a service, Elite Irrigation was sold to Superior Lawn, and Superior accepted all of these contracts, many prepaid. They should have at least performed the service for one year - even south of the Bridge - just to honor the standing contracts!Desired Settlement: I would just like my $80 back. I have already had the work performed since Superior refused.
