MrsL*** hired us to send a team of Maids to clean her homeWe received a call after the service was performed saying that the service was not performed wellMrsL*** had asked that we spent an additional minutes
(with the crew of maids) working on baseboardsShe was not present at the time of the service and only left payment for the initial hour and a halfWe offered to send the maids out but she was more interested in a refund of the $dollars that her daughter paid the Maids for the extra timeWe agreed to send her a refund checkThey check was mailed and a few weeks later we got notification that it had not been receivedWe waited for the check to come back in the mail but it never didThe refund was processed electronically (Quick pay transfer directly to the customer's acct) and MrsL*** acknowledged receipt of this the refundWe apologize about the delay in the refund but we believe the check was mailed to a wrong address because the initial check never came backWe are considering this matter closed since the customer received their money back as she requested to solve this dispute
