Superior Manufactured Housing

I hired this company to build me a garage in 2015. I am still waiting for him to finish the job he was paid in full for. I have been trying to get him to install the correct ridge vent on my garage ever since. Every time I call him he say give me a few days and still not finished. He gave me a piece of paper from [redacted] showing he had to order the correct ridge vent on 8/16/16 and yet still waiting for him to finish.
