terrible company. They charged us 250 dollars to come out and tell us that they would have to repair our black tank which had cracked. We told them that when we called and when they arrived they did not look at it at all just said now they needed to setup a appt to fix it. they did not look or attempt to clean up the issue that we had. they just want to take your money and do no work.

Mr. [redacted] sent me a letter saying he went under his house and started dropping the supports and re-setting them. His letter said the house now makes a popping sound when the sun comes out. He asked that I refund his money before he did this, we did and I thought the matter was over. Now he wants me...

to come correct something he did. You can't drop the supports under a manufactured home that weighs 40,000-50,000 lbs without it doing something like this.

This story is completely differnt then what he told me on the phone. We re-leveled is house as contracted. I have a signed invoice that he was satisfied with everything. He called me a few months a go and said the house got water under it from rain and could I come out and check it out. I said yes....

He said he isn't at the house all the time and would call when he was. I said , let me know when your up there. He then called me back a couple weeks ago. In this conversation he said that the house had flooded again underneath. He said he has been fighting with the county to correct a drainage problem. When it rains the front of his house completely floods. The supports are now crooked and not supporting the house. He said they need to be "tie-down". I told him we don't "tie-down" his supprts, we re-leveled his house. I told him he needs to call the county to correct his drainage issue. he said they won't do anything, he'll tried that. He wants me to come back and re-level it again at no charge.  I told him I can't do that. We would need to be paid. he said I was "greedy" and made enough money. He went on about our whole society was too greedy.  He said he already paid me once. I told him, your house flooded underneath, I can't come to your house and re-level it for free everytime your house floods. We bring out a 3-4 man crew. I re-level over 1800 mobile homes a year. I don't get complaints because we do good work and we stand behind our work. If he wants his money back I will refund his money.

We moved into our manufactured home back in 1983. After a few years we needed to get it leveled so we did some research and called Superior. Everyone we asked said they were the people to call to get the job done right the first time at a very reasonable price. It is now 2016 and we are still calling them for leveling. This time when they came out Devin did find things under our home that needed repair. Considering we moved in here 33 years ago we did think we did pretty well as far as things lasting. We had them not only level the home but also replace the pads the stands rest on. They also came out and repaired and cleaned our broken ducting. I haven't seen the aluminum at the bottom of the duct in years. Everyone was very, very polite. Connor explained everything in detail and also took pictures underneath to help explain what they saw. He went over the issues they found and helped us prioritize the repairs. He was not pushy and did not insist or assume that we would have them do the repairs. But of course we did choose them. They proved again that after all these years they are still the people to call for manufactured / mobile home leveling and repairs.

I had my home leveled and they did a free inspection too. They found a broken pipe underneath the ground and figured out where the sewer smell was coming from up into the house when the A/C turned on. I have been living with this for over a year. I had a professional plumber come out and A/C company and of course they didn't take the extra time to look for anything wrong and charged a service fee. Superior was on time for both of my appointments and took video from underneath and was very professional. I dealt with a gentlemen named Cody. I thought at first that since he was so young that I wasn't going to get any results. Boy was I wrong, I guess that is what you get when you judge a book by its cover. I would recommend this company to all my friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

This company had to loosen the straps to re-level the home. Wes is not being truthful. He told us two weeks after the job was inspected he would come and fix the front northeast side of mobile. I told him after the county fixed the front drainage area and wait for my call to fix the two jacks which were leaning. I'm not happy with Wes response. His guys did loosen the jacks and did not secure them which caused the home to lean again. There were no big rains causing flooding issues that would have caused the front jacks to be leaning like that.  I was not there at the time of work. I hired them over the phone and did not inspect the job until two weeks after that. The county code requires all mobile homes to be tied down. How do you re-level a home that the jacks are tied down. You have to loosen straps first and than re-level home and a good company would not leave straps loosened. I would not recommend this company in the future.

Straps are what keeps the mobile home from blowing over when there is a high wind. They have nothing to do with the house being out of level or settling. When a mobile home settles, the straps will loosen. We don't "loosen" the straps to re-level a house. I've been doing this for 30 years, I know how to do it.I'm not being untruthful. We did not loosen the straps and cause the house to settle. That makes no sense. Your missing the point. You told me your house flooded and now it's out of level again and You wanted me to come back and re-level for free. I said "no" we can't level your house each time it rains and floods under your house for free.  Why would you want me to wait for the county to fix the drainage problem if there wasn't a drainage problem? The jacks are leaning because the house flooded. There not going to loosen and lean for no reason. I'm willing to re-inburse your money. The $295 you paid. Do you want your money back or not?

I had Superior out to re-level my home. I was extremely satisfied with everything the crew did start to finish. They were on time, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the process and the inspection report.

I had Superior level my double wide mobile home last month. The crew was really nice and I rather assumed they did a good job until a couple of days later when I found that 2 of my cabinet doors (in Master bath) were stuck shut. I called Wes and he came to try to fix it. All he did was force the doors open, put little (ugly) chunks of wood behind hinges and screw tight... I was not happy as the doors stick out now. Also, the floor had an awful creak that he said he would fix but never did. The front door was so unlevel that the weather strip at the bottom was about a half inch too high on one side.. his fix, unscrew it and remount it crooked. As time went on I got upset and called him again. Took him a week to respond. I had since discovered the door in my Granddaughters room wouldn't slide open. He comes out again (quite angry) and again tells me, it happens and he won't fix it... I will NEVER recommend him to anyone for his nasty attitude, lack of professionalism and total unwillingness to follow up and fix things that get messed up in the process of leveling a house. I had this done a year prior (different company) and had NONE of these problems. I did not expect perfection, it is a very old home!! Anyway, He DID reimburse my money in the end (less 6 bucks to cash the check). His crew is a bunch of super nice guys... Perhaps Wes could learn from them.

+1

My mobile home was reaching interior temps of 86 degrees every day, with the A/C unit running constantly. Superior came out last Thursday. They cleaned and sealed my air ducts, and it has made a world of difference, both in temperature and the running time of the A/C. Electric bill should be dropping now, too.

Excellent work, Nice people.

There are also portions of my roof that have bare metal showing, and Superiro is my choice to complete that work also.

Thanks Superior. You really are Superior!

We had them re-level our manufactured home about May or June 2013. They were fast and friendly. However there are now a lot of squeaks and knocks in a lot of places. Yes they had to raise the home quite a bit. 1 to 1&1/2 inches. We called them and left a message but never received a return call. We do have an answering machine on our phone so we could not have missed a call from them. Quite disappointed.
