RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The terms and conditions that Superior Mobility sent you were on the back of a page that was attached to a clipboard. I signed the front of that page. I was never informed that there were additional terms and conditions on the back of the page. Nor have I ever signed a contract where the signature line was on the front of the contract, and all of the terms and conditions were on the back. And was NOT given a copy of the contract at the time that I signed it. Instead, I was given the contract two days later. Also, I told Superior Mobility that I wanted the furniture insured when I scheduled the move, and when the movers arrived. Neither of the people that I spoke with indicated that the insurance that I was purchasing only covered repairs. Further, when I spoke with Superior Mobility about the broken chair, I was told that the chair was at a furniture repair shop, and that they were going to obtain a repair estimate. I have been waiting six weeks to see that estimate. But that estimate is not attached to Superior Mobility's response. Finally, to be clear, this was not some slight damage to the finish. The leg of the chair was shattered in half. And Superior Mobility knows, having the chair in its possession, that it was like new before it was destroyed. Regards, [redacted]

furniture repair firm so they could fix it and he was adamant about not getting it fixed and that we wanted a new chair.  We brought the chair back to our whse.   I told him that even though he purchased additional insurance we have the option of getting it fixed and if it can’t be fixed then we would purchase a new chair for him.  After our guys came back from his job I asked them if Mr. said anything about the chair and they said no.  We delivered this into a mini storage on 11/17/15 and did another move for him on 11/19/15.  We were waiting to hear from him on if we should go ahead and repair the chair.  I sent over the back side of the bill of lading (which he got a copy) # J under section 1 states that we have the right to repair damaged goods before replacement.  We have not heard from Mr. since his move in November.  We can either get the chair repaired or pay him the cost of what the repairs would have been since he said he bought a new one.     Thank you!      Marcia
