[redacted] Dear [redacted] After reviewing the materials forwarded by your office we submit this response to the consumer’s complaint On June [redacted] 2014, [redacted] purchased the Mercedes CThe customer was never shown a carfax and states that he was showed a carfax which is simply not trueAlso Carfax is open database and the customer could have ran one himself to complete his due diligenceShortly after his purchase [redacted] came in to voice his concern of trunk not being lined up and noises, where at that point we explained to him that used vehicles may have previous repairs either mechanical &/or physical , minor or majorWe also assured him of our commitment to customer service, where we try to go way beyond the lemon law warranty for our customersWe also advised him to make an appointment with our service team and all his concerns would be addressed Superior Motor Cars regrets that [redacted] was not satisfied with the vehicle he purchased Since that point to honor our commitment of customer service we provided [redacted] with a complimentary loaner car which we dont usually do while his vehicle was being serviced by our teamThe issues were corrected and his concerns have been addressed and completed and [redacted] has picked up his carKeep in mind [redacted] had also visually inspected the vehicle prior to purchasing it so he was fully aware of what he was buying [redacted] also signed a bill of sale which shows that the vehicle had prior damage to the rear and was repairedHe was not falsified any info, and we can not refund the vehicle as he was aware of his purchase
