They were on time, and moved with experience and it showed the minute they started the job! By far the WORST moving company I have EVER worked with. They lie so that they can make sales and then when you try to call after they have picked up your stuff you cannot get ahold of anyone. When moving out the furniture they put a hole in the wall which we had to have repaired. They picked up our belongings on Nov 2nd and said it would be here by the 5th, I heard from no one. I called all weekend no answer. When I called Monday they said they couldn;t get ahold of the driver. Tuesday they said it would be here Thrusday or Friday. Wednesday they again said they were not sure cause the driver wasn't responding. Thursday Nov 10th, now they say my things wont be here until Monday or Tuesday (Nov 14th and 15th). A [redacted] joke of a company.
I wouldn't have my worst enemy even use this company!
I read some reviews of moving companies in our area and it took around two weeks to take decision about Superior Moving. They are excellent movers. When they came to my home, four prompt and skilled persons managed every item of my household to get into boxes without any scratches. My couches were a little large but they somehow got that up the stairs of my new apartment. They did those works with a lot of care. I already recommended this mover to all my friends. One of my acquaintances hired them taking my reference and they were also very pleased on this mover’s working ability. Really they are superb.
I used an outstanding mover. They made all procedure trouble free and simple. We requested them to make the move as promptly they could and they were actually fast. Except getting acknowledged before the movers went to another site which was next to our road to bring some furniture. They listened everything that we requested. Their delivery man showed up with all my belongings safe and sound, no breakage, no missing. I am thankful to Superior. They are highly recommendable and usable as many times needed.
The Superior team was really friendly and simultaneously skilled to move our belongings from Texas to Missouri. They took very short time to pack and upload our furniture. On moving day, they got right to work after arrival. The guys didn’t waste time reshuffling things in the truck, rather they worked excellent. I moved a very big size bed and other awkwardly shaped stuffs. At first I had some doubt but the Superior crew moved the items like those were nothing. They were expert on getting stuff unloaded too. I used plenty of boxes because I couldn’t throw my any belongings away. It was easy to recognize particular item out of different boxes due to their accurate labeling. I highly recommend this mover.
