We have moved more than times and the move by Superior was the worst Household goods were damaged or missing when delivered after months of storage

The movers were very professional. They were on time and went out of their way to make sure our furniture was protected and wrapped in moving blankets. The office staff was very friendly and was always available to answer our questions. We give Superior Moving a high rating and were very satisfied with the services they provided. The pricing was in line with the other estimates we received. 100% a positive experience

Received everything I was promised. Movers/workers did a great job, wrapped all my furniture and all items were delivered and reassembled in great condition. Even stayed late to finish the job. Thank you!

I recently used Superior Moving & Storage and they were great. This is the 3rd time I have used used them and would highly recommend them. From the initial appointment with Serena to the move out & move in with Otis and his team everyone was great. Otis & his team were really helpful & courteous. My everything was wrapped well and more importantly everything arrived in one piece. Also, everyone in the office was a pleasure to work with. I had some timing issues and they were very accommodating. If you are looking for a company that does what they say will do then these are the movers for you.

As a person who has moved many times, it's a nice change to have something nice to say about a moving company. Superior Moving has restored my faith. The office staff was always willing to answer any and all of my questions and when the movers arrived, they were on time and very helpful. I employed this company in June 2015.
I would not recommend them. I wish that I had checked the Revdex.com website prior to retaining Superior. Specifically, I wish that I had been aware of the number of complaints that have previously been filed against Superior.

Several items of mine were damaged during the move and while they were in storage.
I sent two certified letters to Superior detailing my concerns and issues.
Superior had claimed that one of my items had pre-existing damage.
This was not true.
Superior did not generate a response to either of my letters that addressed my issues.

Superior "s marketing brochure has "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" prominently
displayed on its front cover. I consider this to be an egregious misstatement and misleading advertisement.

Superior Moving helped us move twice in the past 9 years and they did an awesome job!! They offered a great price and were easy to work with. They were also very helpful to accommodate the hours and most important took really good care of our furniture. I recommend to all our friends and family and I will use them again. Great company!!

Horrible customer service. Horrible reliability. Horrible packers, loaders & unloaders. Missing furniture, missing parts & damages on almost all furniture. Company couldn't care less about dissatisfaction. Worst moving experience ever!!!!

Superior Moving and Storage has moved us for years. They've also held storage for us while we were in-between homes. As a luxury real estate agent, Superior Moving and Storage is always my safe "go-to" referral to my clients and I've never heard a complaint. Prices are fair. Everyone is nice. We truly love that we have a moving company we can trust.

Long distance move from New York to Florida. Moving is never fun, but the crew at Superior Moving made the move a lot less stressful. The office staff was very nice and always responded to my questions or calls. The price was fair and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend Superior Moving if you need to move.
