Enclosed is an invoice that was given to one of my customers that I did a driveway for.  As noted, we removed an additional 4 feet of concrete and proceeded to pour the driveway.  While doing so, we broke one sprinkler head which we fixed.  [redacted] called a sprinkler service and...

they supposedly did $1,363.24 worth of work.  When I called [redacted], he was rude and said that I don't know how to read an estimate.  As indicated in the invoice that I am sending you, he told me that he was responsible for $873.09 and I was responsible for $490.15.  I said that I would gladly pay it and once I gave him the money I would want a complete release for the $490.15.  He said that it's not happening and I told him point blank that I will not be blackmailed and I will see him in court.Enclosed, if you read the invoice sent to him by [redacted].  [redacted], in his handwriting, wrote the cost of $490.15. It shows that I am only responsible for $490.15.  Can you please review the estimate and I am willing to pay the $490.15 and not a penny more.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because the respone is full of lies , except for when I tried to settle the problem for $490.15,which I thought was more than generous, mr m[redacted] said he would pay this amount only if he got a itemized bill directly from five town sprinkler showing exactly what was done and what each one cost and why it it was done. he than said he wanted me to take care of this. At that point I realized that MR M[redacted] was playing a waiting game with me , he had no plans of ever paying for his companies incompertant mistake . than I decided that he should for pay for all of the damage,since his workers caused it all.they cut the wire to the clock, cut two feeder hoses, damaged two sprinkler heads, placement of one to replace to mister that were cut along with the hose in the rear of the house and than was covered with fresh cement without capping the hoses. this resulted in a lot of digging to locate the hoses , repair them and add a sprinkler head to replace the two misters that were cut off. I tried to be more than fair with this person, but from the begining he,s been lying to me ,making false promises. Once he got the cash in hand mr nice guy disappeared. donot believe any thing he says,never trust him.
