Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We tried to rectify this issue They did not try to rectify this situation until after the Revdex.com got involved.2.We are very sorry that he feels like our service wasnt what he expected.It's not that I feel like their service wasn't what I expected, their service isn't what I contracted forI wanted service for from Brooklyn and got service for leaving year old women stranded at 12:in the morning.Initially their dispatcher barely refunded the subway costs and would not give me the owners name or numberAfter the Revdex.com got involved I did get a satisfactory resolutionThis should have been done proactively on the part of [redacted] taxi, so thank you Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

We are very sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience with Taxi &Limousine One, LLC.Our cars are inspected every day by the driver and certified mechanics.The fleet is also inspected by Professional Quality Assurance Inspectors andin compliance with the State of New Jersey Drivers are certified in manyareas, one being Defensive Driving and they know not to use the hand helddevice while driving Drivers are also certified in Passenger Assistanceand Sensitivity, specifically stating that the radio should be offVehiclesare cleaned every day and the air conditioners are checked.If you have any further issues, please feel free to contact me directly.Judy M [redacted] - General ManagerT&L###-###-####

I wanted service for 6 from Brooklyn and got service for 4 leaving 2 57 year old women stranded at 12:30 in the morning.Initially their dispatcher barely refunded the subway costs and would not give me the owners name or number. After the Revdex.com got involved I did get a satisfactory resolution. This should have been done proactively on the part of [redacted] taxi, so thank you Revdex.com.

We apologize for any issues that happened pertaining to this complaint. We tried to rectify this issue. We are very sorry that he feels like our service wasnt what he expected. Taxi & Limo One has to pay the driver whether the customer pays or not, so the company tries very hard to get paid for...

all services. We will send Mr. [redacted] an additional gift card. We do not want to lose his business or have him speak negatively of us. Our business has been around for over 70 years and reputation is important. We complete hundreds of trips a month with rave reviews. We train our drivers in customer sensitivity and cpr and defensive driving. Each car is equipped with GPS and now tablets to insure excellent service.
