While I appreciate having my name removed from their mailing lists the message states that it may be but back on the list again if I take out another mortgage.
I have never applied for a mortgage and have never had a mortgage. The way in which this organization got my address WAS NOT by way of my having applied for a mortgage. This organization must have other ways of obtaining addresses to which they send their junk mail.

In reply to your letter dated June 23,2015 regarding the above referenced...

complaint filed by [redacted], I offer the following; we obtain data which is compiled from public records, including mortgage records, for mail solicitations regarding mortgage protection, life insurance coverage we sell through licensed insurance agents in the state. To obtain this data, we us both outside vendors and 1099 researchers that collect the data in the courthouse but have no involvement in generating the mortgages and have no way of determining the accuracy of the public records.
In this case, the data was purchase from an outside vendor who has been notified of incorrect information so he can research on his end as well. There could be a few different options that may have happened. One is that the person collecting the data simply looked at the wrong line in inputting the data and therefore typed the wrong name. Or that the person doing court research is sending fraudulent information. Possibly going through a phone book for addresses and/or names and adding mortgage information. If this is the case, we will do all we can to prove it is happening and terminate the person immediately.

I understand what she's saying, I understand the process. However, it seems to me that they're deflecting blame and saying that certain conditions must be met before they determine to stop sending mail. The simple fact of the matter is I don't care what or how it's done, I just don't want any mail/solicitations! I put my name and address on the national do not mail list - I shouldn't receive anymore solicitations. I just want a plain and simple acknowledgement that nothing else will be coming to my home - no additional conditions - simply that the solicitations will stop.

I asked them to remove me multiple times since April. I would say that after the first 12 that I received, I sent all (approx 30 or more)back with bright red marker telling them to remove me from the list.
I accept. However, these are threatening and false solicitation by a predator insurance company.

How come every-time I call I am told the same thing, that my name and information has been removed from the database yet I still get bombarded with mail?
Lets give it a couple weeks before I accept the answer. I don't trust this company.
