The repair of the bathtub seal was done poorly and has caused water leaking and damage to the condo below. I have a 90 day warranty.Still no call back
I was assured that the workmanship was complete and sufficient, but this is not the case. Ten days later after the repair in late December, the unit below mine is experiencing the same ceiling leakage. Nobody has contacted me after 36 hours to come out and resolve the issue. I will be taking them to small claims court if I am not compensated for the new costs of repair, approximately $***.
