We are close to resolution of this claim as Superior Pool Service is willing to settle this claim and send me a refundHowever, they are requesting a copy of the water bill that I sent to youCan you please send them another copy of the bill so they can process the refund and this matter can finally be resolved?Thank you,*** ***

I was sorry to see this complaintI'm not sure how our company let this chemical issue get away from us, but we have put new systems in place to prevent this from happening in the futureWe recieved an email from Mrs*** regarding this issue and her desire to hold off on any payments until
she recieved her bill for the water to fill the poolWe never heard from her againShe never reached out to us to remedy the situation before contacting the Revdex.comWe feel responsible for the cost associated with the pump rental and the cost of the water to fill the poolHowever, we will not pay a random amout that was, above and beyond Mrs***'s pevious billWe will pay the amount when we can calculate the approximate gallons of water that her pool actually isWe attempted to get the building plans for Mrs***'s pool from the City of Lincoln, but have not yet received itOnce we receive the plans, we can calculate the gallons needed to fill the poolWe can then determine the appropriate amount to be refunded to Mrs***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Just to clarify,  I did not reach back out to them in regards to a refund since they did not respond to my initial email explaining what had occured. I do appreciate that they are taking responsibility for this matter and accept that the water refund amount should be based on the water capacity of the pool.

Review: [redacted] from Superior Pool Service didn't refund overpayment for pool service fees that he never provided, because he stopped serviceing the pool. He admitted in written that he didn't provide these services and keep promising to send a check (many attempts on our side to remind him). Additional costs arouse as the pool (rental) went green before the issue got noticed and a new pool service got engaged after [redacted] kept not returning calls.
