Superior Pool Tile Cleaning

This contractor was cleaning my neighbors pool by blasting it with an a powder under air pressure. He did not notify anyone that this would produce a dust cloud nor did he do anything to restrict it from going to other properties. I was approached by Mr W when I went to the property to complain. He said he didn't know. I can't believe he thought I would believe that. He should at least notify neighbors of pending work so they can protect themselves from the dust.
