Spoke to the homeowner and set up a meeting for Tuesday, October 28, at 10:00am. I am sure we will resolve all issues at that time

That is correct. Mrs*** knows the repairs have not been completed. As soon as we get good weather the necessary repairs will be made and all shall be resolved. Because Mrs*** has been so nice, we have agreed to do the repairs for good customer relations, even though we do not feel that these repairs are a direct result of our workmanship

3/9/16Let us first state that our roof inspector has had over years experience on installing roofs.His findings were as follows:1. One layer was not taken off.2. Shingles were not installed properly3. Drip edge missing.4. Step Flashing missing.5. Roof vents installed incorrectly.6. Caulking not used in right places or missing all together.We are truly upset and angry that we have AGAIN been manipulated into thinking that they really wanted to correct theirprevious botched job in that was the original botched job of 2004!!!Shame on you Superior Exterior Products!*** *** *** ***

We met with Superior's John Wilson and his roofing contractor on FridayThis meeting went well for both sides, we feel.Our roofing contractor and Superior went on the roof and after good examination from both sides, we all agreed only layers were there. However, Superior agreed to pay our roofer , and they issued a check to Him to complete all repairs to be done on the other three issues we had listed to berepairedWe signed a handwritten note to complete any furtherissues on our roof.Thank you for all your guidance

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Let me state that this is regarding ID# [redacted] complaint which originally was dated  10/22/14 .We were able to contact Superior Products Exteriors rep Mr J[redacted].and had a contract drawn up for repairs to original roof that they put on in 2012.After much conversation, we agreed to contract with Superior to make corrections to their work at "No Charge". We insisted that we have that work inspected . This repair was recently inspected by an independent, experienced Rooferafter such latest work repaired Nov. 2014.The contract stipulated that :1. Take off shingles installed by Superior in 2004 and haul away.2.  Furnish and install Lifetime Dimensional 1 shingle , algae and mildew resistant.3.  Take off "cage"  and install new vent.4.  Re-collar    Fix metal flashing that is missing.5.  Superior to warranty shingles work.6. All work to be inspected after completition.We have the"findings" of our independent inspection and will need some guidance as to ways of presenting his findings.In a personal note, We were reassured that everything would be done the correct way. These recent findings are just so upsetting. Mr Wilson, one of the owners, promised me and my husband that everything was completed and done the correct way.

We , [redacted] and J[redacted], would like to bring everyone up to date.We brought in a Dayton Roofer with 35 plus years of experience to evaluate the roofing situation.The Roofer and John went up on the roof and removed the metal sheeting and roofing nails in order to see how many layers of shingles were presently on the roof.YES INDEED THERE ARE 3 LAYERS !  Mr. M[redacted] did not bother to take pictures or provide any other form of documentation showing that there were only two layers.  He did not ask John to observe his findings.  He just said that we were being misinformed by our roofer  Therefore we TOOK PICUTRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Not only are there
pictures of the 3 layers of shingles, but there are pictures of a shingle with a nail holding it down. There are pictures showingwere shingles were pieced together. There were also pictures showing gaps between the outside walls of the house and shingles, which would allow water to penetratethe walls inside the house, which could lead to damage to our walls.Additionally, we have pictures showing shingles that were not properly installed around the Roof Vents(bare roofing could be seen).  Also, nails were missing from themetal sheeting that they reinstalled. No calking was applied either.  I have plenty of pictures for ALL to see!
Mr Mcracken stated and we quote what He said "That there were things that He saw in those pictures that He was not pleased with."  Therefore, due to all of these thingswe are reaching out to our lawyer, on the best method to get all these issues resolved with Superior Products.Exteriors Inc.

Just wanted to bring everyone up to speed concerning Superior. We had Mr. [redacted], a roofer with over 40 years of experience, inspect the [redacted] roof at the end of March. He observed that there was only two layers on the roof.  J[redacted] W[redacted] got in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and explained Mr. [redacted] observations. Mrs. [redacted] told him she was out town and would give him a call when she got back on Tuesday , April 5.   Mr. W[redacted] also suggested that all parties meet to resolve the issue. He additionally suggested if necessary arbitration with the Revdex.com.  We are ready to meet Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] at their convenience.

We will set up a meeting this week Between 10/20 -  10/23. Once we have a firm date we will let everybody know.

J[redacted] W[redacted] left a message last week 9/26, for [redacted] to set up a time to meet.  We have not heard back from her. When [redacted] reads this if she could get back  in contact with J[redacted] W[redacted], we will arrange a meeting at her convenience.

We have set up a meeting with the [redacted] on Friday, April 15, at 10:00 AM at their house.
