Superior Propane

I ran out of Propane one week ago. After 11 calls from me and several others from my husband and expedited it I was suppose to finally get propane today, Tuesday the 13th of January. I called for ETA today and was told we no longer was on delivery yet again but tomorrow they would come! I have been told several different things by different people each time I called! My son and I are disabled. We have used this company for 5 yrs and this is not the first time for poor service but not for an entire week. As I said I expedited it with a $250 fee extra. They took it off as we were scheduled for today. They meaning superior plus! I have never been treated this badly and was hung up on because I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told they contacted via computer and was told that the response was, tomorrow delivery! When I asked to be transferred she told me there is no way and told me she is hanging up now! She hung up! Find someone else! It’s worth paying a little more for quality service! They are not professionals. This saddens me that they treated a disabled woman like this! Imagine not being disabled and being treated this way! Shame on them!
