We received the complaint from the customerWe immediately reached out to the customer for our account manager to visit the site and assess the damage that they claimHowever, at every turn to meet the customer at the site to evaluate the alleged damage and discuss their complaint it seems as though the rep for the customer doesn't want to meet and discussWe value our service and if our service is being questioned we believe a face to face meeting is always best to resolve any and all issueWe can't understand after requests we have made to do a walk through of the site and view the alleged damage the customer claimsWe just want to do our best in resolving any issues or concerns the customer has.We will continue to try but we hope the customer can allow us to visit the site do a walk through so we can get any issues resolvedThanks,Capital
