Review: On Nov **2013 I contracted with [redacted] to ship my truck from NJ to GA. for $450.00 drivable or $550 if UN-drivable after he picked up the vehicle a week late and 10 hrs into the trip he sent me an invoice for $675 with no explanations and if I did not have cash I would not get my vehicle back I asked him if the price was to change why did he not give me the opportunity to say no and I had other company's that would of done it for the $550 because of non drivable condition **also hung up on me about 4 times and swore at me many times over I also emailed him that this deal is so wrong to be $225 more then original contractDesired Settlement: I believe Mike should stick to original deal of $550.00 for non running vehicle and expect a refund of $125.00

Review: Transport price quoted was $475. Vehicle arrived to Florida COD for $700

This is pure and simple fraud. I had to pay to get my vehicles or they would be put in storage and I would have to pay additional fees. When I complained to [redacted] he informed me he had plenty of business and he did not need my business. Upon checking with Transportreviews.com I have discovered that this is a common practice with [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund for overcharge

Review: Superior Quality Inc., is a vehicle transportation service. Once contacted, they send a quotation via email stating their complete service and pricing. They lure you in by there initial price. You are then asked for an upfront credit card deposit. Once the deposit is paid, they do not provide further instructions as to pick up dates. After several telephone conversations and wasted days, a carrier contacts the customer for pick up date. As a follow up as to the status of the delivery, we contacted Superior Quality Inc, owner [redacted]. He was the individual who has had contact throughout this process. [redacted] finally forwarded the "Dispatch Sheet Order" which reflected a much greater dollar quote than initially agreed upon via his email and verbal communication. In order to have the vehicle released, one is left with no alternative than to pay what he now changed to over a %50 increase. When contacted about these alarming increase, [redacted] was extremely, rude, foul mouthed, and condescending. He offered no immediate solution and negated his agreement. I highly discourage his services.Desired Settlement: My initial quotation for the transportation of a 2013 Audi S-5 was $650.00.The new transportation price is $950.00.I request the difference of $300.00 to be returned.

Review: I purchased a vehicle that needed to be transported from CA to MN. I was referred to Superior Quality Inc (aka Reliable Transport ) as a trusted and reputable company that the seller has used before. I was quoted a price of $650 by both the seller (via a conversation with [redacted] at Reliable Transport) as well as [redacted] Prestia at Reliable Transport himself when I spoke with him regarding the details of the transaction. I paid a $150.00 deposit and was told that the balance ($500.00) would be payable to the driver in cash at the time the vehicle was delivered to me. I agreed to these terms. It took a little over two weeks to schedule a truck that was coming to my area apparently, which was fine by me as I had made it clear I was in no hurry for the vehicle what so ever. Eventually I was notified by the seller that the vehicle had been picked up but had not heard anything from [redacted] at Reliable transport. I finally made contact him and he said that the driver would call me with an ETA. A few days passed and I had heard from no body so I called [redacted] again and he said he had emailed me the drivers contact information and the final paperwork. I had not received any such email. Another call to [redacted] revealed that he had not been successful in emailing me the contract (due to a "silly" error on his part) and would try again. I finally received the email/contract two days before the truck was scheduled to arrive with my vehicle. That is when I discovered that the amount due to the driver was $900.00, not the $500.00 I was quoted. I called [redacted] immediately and after almost an hour of listening to ridicules excuses, he very reluctantly agreed to refund only the $150.00 dollar deposit to my credit card. That never happened. My multiple attempts to contact him via email and telephone have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like the full $400.00 difference between the original quote and the amount I had to end up paying, refunded to me. At the very least, I would like the $150.00 credited back to me as promised.

The credit card company ([redacted]), through whom I paid Superior Quality Inc. the $150.00 deposit, has credited my acount $150.00.

The $400.00 "up charge" that I paid to Superior Quality Inc. has not been addressed as of today, 2/**/14.
