Mr. [redacted] ordered a JDM Engine from us and there is a normal extended wait time for the Japanese engine to be delivered. In this case I drop the ball on the order and it was delayed longer by my mistake. We had a death in my family and I was a bit distort during this time which did not help...
with the order / delivery process.

Review: I called superior racing development to purchase a k20z1 motor and was charged $4495.00 on September 9th. I was promised the motor would arrive at the specified address within 2 weeks time. It has now been about a month and a half since I placed the order and my motor has not arrived. I have attempted to contact superior racing development several times and have left multiple messages with very little response. I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and not longer believe they will give me the motor I specified.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the full $4495.00 I was charged for the motor and delivery fee.
