Superior Ready Mix LP

Review: I was following behind a ready mix truck at least 200 feet away. Several (5+) rocks fell out of the chute and put 2 chips/cracks in my windshield. I notified Shaun at the Lakeside dispatch and then was transferred to a [redacted] in claims. All my information was given to both staff personnel. I do have a witness that was a passenger in my vehicle. I now need a new windshield and my claim was denied due to not providing information on my written statement that was given and recorded by their staff.Desired Settlement: I want my windshield replaced at the expense of Superior Ready Mix.
