We take all of our customers concerns very seriously, as the customer stated we came back every time they let us know there was an issueFriday 8/7/we were able to meet with the *** and we removed all the chimney flash to show them this was not the issueWe than pointed out
to the customer a crack in the chimney which might have been the problemWe also removed the adjacent siding and showed the customer how the water was penetrating at that pointWe had advised the customer previously that the chimney flash was not the issueBecause we know that Revdex.com customers our our best customers, we silicone coated the chimney with a year product ,removed the adjacent siding" house wrapped" that area and resided the homeThen we redid the chimney flashing in copper with step flashingThis was all done at no additional charge to the customer and all of it was above and beyond what the original contract called forAt this time we believe the customer is happy with our resolve to solve their water issuesWe do understand a customers anxiety where there home is concerned, therefore we always go above and beyond to solve all their issues *** ***P.SSpoke with Mr*** last night after the substancial rain yesterday and his siding and chimney did not leak

Review: We hired Superior Remodelers to replace our roof and re-flash the chimney in November of 2014. The chimney has leaked every time it rains. We've notified the company and they have sent workers out three times. The chimney continues to leak during heavy rains. We also viewed the shingle manufacture's website and they recommended a different method of flashing (called step flashing) the chimney than what was used on our chimney. (One time in the middle of the winter, they did not bring the necessary materials and had to enter our house to use the sink. While in the kitchen, the workers dragged mud and dirt into the floors of the house making a mess.)

We spent $10,000 on the service and are highly displeased with the results. We want the chimney properly step flashed by a company whose expertise is in chimney flashing and who will complete the job correctly.Desired Settlement: We spent $10,000 on the service and are highly displeased with the results.
