Superior Remodeling & Inspection Services own by ***, was contracted to build a 6*6*7 Shed. A contract was sign for Shed build total cost of $1335.20 and my credit card was over charged $1792.20, the additional charged to credit card was without my consent. Build was not completed, the following issues were communicated: Shed position- not constructed were indicated; Floor- floor not sealed and the grown is visible; Door- only opens halfway, half inch opening were door hinges were installed allowing water and insects to enter; Vent- dryer vent was installed instead of requested wall vent to allow air flow; Roof - asphalt roll roofing material is cracked and broken, untreated wood expose and there are pocket were water is collecting on the roof; Trim- untreated trim wood exposed and cut short; Caulk - is one week old and already cracked and not adhered; Nails- inside shed are dangerously exposed. Damage to additional property outside of construction- day 1 oil spill were pickup truck was parked, day 2 oil spill on full length of driveway after informing not to use truck on my property. All areas of concern were communicated during and after construction verbally and by email with pictures. After contacting Mr *** to fix concerns he accused me of tampering with shed and unwilling to return overcharge to my credit card.
