Business charged me for an item it never sent and has been unresponsive to multiple emails and calls I ordered a bikini from the business and was charged accordinglyI never received the item and multiple calls/emails to the business were unreturnedDespite this, the charge from March 30, still remains on my statement as of April 19, with no signs of the bikini shipping any time soonNot only did the company break it's contract by charging me for something that was never delivered, but it also is completely unresponsive which prevents me from even requesting a refund

IShinedid not provide a refund guaranteed and customer service and owner ignored the customer and were hateful to the customer I placed an order with Ishine After weeks of waiting for my order I checked the status of my order The order had not been sent Upon contacting the company inquiring about the order they gave the impression of an over sight or mix up I received my order -weeks later It was the incorrect order I contact Ishine and it is agreed in writing I would be provided a refund when I mail the order back and provide a photo of the tracking I do this the next day I never received my refund I contacted them receptively through email, instagram, Facebook, and phone calls Twice they responded they would refund the order but did not All my other messages, phone message went unanswered I posted publicly on their instagram asking them to please check their messages They would not Then I shared publicly that I was waiting for a refund tha
