this guy, I think is crazy, I did roofing for him, but when came bad whinter, him or somebody, take off snow and ice, damage roof, this not my problem, why he not call methis is not my problem

yes you have call me, I think couples years did you roofing, just call for another roofing to take a look problem, cause I think you cleaning you roof by you self, two years ago, when bad whinter, lots snow and ice. you know why not stop your home, cause before you call me, you put my company name over internet, that iam bad roofing, just look my customes, I did lots of lots good jobs.

I am rejecting this response because: what Afonson describing the reasons doesn't make senses.  Once the roof has been leaking, we contacted Afonson immediately, but he doesn't want to come to fix the roof leaking.  We have a contract  paper with Afonson for 5 years warranties.  Since Afonson doesn't come to fix the roof leaking.  We have  contacted to other professional builders to evaluate and exam his roof job , they told us the roof was not installed appropriately.  The roofs  miss some steps, such as Flashing to protest water.  Our roof is leaking every day. it is nightmare for us . We have called Afronse for the house leaking problem.  Afronso doesn't want to come to fix our roof leaking,  we contacted to  professional contractor  to clean  the roof  during Winter with lots of Snow and Ice., which  is  good to maintain the roof, and avoid more  damage the roof. Each year, we receive emails from websites to evaluate the house project we have done. We are  honesty and truthfulness to give the contractor appropriate review.  If you have done a wonderful job, or you fix the roof leaking on-time ,  you will get a good review from customers.  Afonson,  if you fix your problem, we will give you a good review.  Will you fix our house leaking? if no response from you, we will hire other contractor to fix the roof leaking. Thank you.

yes you now why miss some step flashing, cause somebody did job before me, you did contract another roofing guy, before me, and he did bad job, warranty explain, call me before, if another person did, you  warranty not work. thank you
