The decorative piece around the well was given to the customer at no additional charge and we have been trying as well to reach the customer however there has been no response on her end

I spoke with the customer today and we are scheduled to visit next week and resolve the issue

I spoke to the business after the complaint was filed and we agreed on a $refundHowever, I was later given a check for $Because of this, I am still requesting a full refund

11/17/2017I have not heard anything from the business since the last time I called them about a few months prior to filing my complaintThere's a Jr and Sr that works on the job- the Jr is the one that does the work and it is often hard to get in touch with himI called the Sr to try and see why he never came out to fix the issue and the Sr acted shocked and said he doesn't know why he never came back out and that that's not usualIt took around weeks for them to even get startedWhen they did, granted, it only took about 5-daysThe issue is that on day 4, Jr no longer was present, just his crew and they left the work messy (with debri, etc) and left the structure unfinished- they never started itThey also failed to do backfilling that left noticeable gaps (so she had to get someone to come in and fix this up for her)I called to tell Jr the issue and he said he'd come and fix this- but every time he said he'd come out, he wouldn't showI'd end up leaving my workplace at the time he was supposed to arrive, wait around for a couple of hours, just to see he wasn't comingI would call Sr and see where he was at the time he was supposed to be at my house, and he would be elsewhereI told Sr the last time I spoke with him that I would report to the Revdex.com if he didn't come fix thingsI even recommended that he come out and see the issues himselfHe didn't want to be reported, asked me not to report him, and said someone would come out and fix things, but still nothingI ultimately just wanted them to come out and finish the job, but that never happened so just weeks ago I had to hire someone else to create a wooden structure to replace what they didn't doWe didn't even use the materials they leftThey initially made me a bid for $10,but came back and said for the additional modifications to the walls and the structure, an additional 10,So I ended up paying $20,but the work was never finishedI had to pay for the backfilling their incomplete work caused me to getAnd I paid for the replacement structure by another- around $ I'll be sending an email with further documentation/pictures

The company did not call to reschedule and it did not rain that day. The ground was dry and workable.  I would just like to terminate the remaining work to be done.
