Review: Complete roof replacement was completed June, 2012, with 10 year workmanship warranty. Roof has been leaking when it rains, causing damage to second floor ceiling, and letting pests inside the attic. Inspection by another company has revealed that part of the roof was improperly installed, resulting in a hole in the roof--ridge vent is not sealed or capped.
I have called, left messages, and emailed the company with no response made back to me. This is an emergency as rain is leaking into the house and pests are entering the attic.Desired Settlement: Repair of roof, repair of water damage to ceiling, and payment of pest control to attic space.
