Review: I called the Manufacture of my air condition for there listed service provider in my area, they gave me a list of 4 with included the named company in this complaint. I called and requested a service person come a take a look at the ac and to clean it, as it was not cooling. (working but not cooling). A service person came on May **, 2015 pick up my AC along with borrowing my personal hand truck and carried them to company for a cleaning and servicing. the service person that had pick up the unit and promised to return it same day did not do so, or call me with an update status. I called Superior same day heating and cooling on June *, and was told it need a part. I told them it was under warranty, and then they promised to return it that evening, and it had been cleaner already. no one came and no one called. I called on June * to fine out what had happened and was told it needed two other parts that was not covered under warranty. Again I was promised I would be informed when the delivery was to be made by the end of the week, No one called. I called on June 8 and was told the delivery would be made on Saturday the [redacted], again No One came or called. This has been the pattern. every week I call they promise to deliver, and No one comes or calls. It is now the [redacted] of June, and yesterday when I called I was told it was ready but the power suddenly was not working. I have a hole to the outside, 5 floors up where this air conditioner was, as it is a slid-in unit. They took the main unit and left the shell that is open to below. I have a 2-1/2 year old and I am extremely worried about her falling through even thought we have covered it.Desired Settlement: I would like the AC returned in working condition as that is how it left my apartment. If that can not be done I would like a replacement it same or better condition as was mine, that is clean.
