8/27/ Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Essentially Superior Seal dug out a large hole and did NOT fill it in properly The driveway does meet the garage and the road correctly I believe But everything in between the top and bottom, the vast majority of the driveway, is way to low BOTH sides of my driveway are now inches below the basic level of the lawn as it flows from the top of my driveway down to the road In fact both sides of my driveway are now inches below the level of the DIRT the grass grows out of My driveway prior to what they did followed the grade of the lawn on both sides from the garage down to the road Yes the driveway was beat up terribly but both sides were up to the level of the lawn Nor was my driveway wavyIt simply followed the general contour of the lawn That is what the new driveway should have done as well That is how they build all driveways except for what I currently haveLook at driveways on your block, your neighborhood, where you work, anywhere Whether they are old or new, flat or raised up to accommodate a lawn that is actually a hill you will be hard pressed to find one that is inches below not only the level of the lawn but also the level of the ground which the grass is growing out of on BOTH sides of the driveway My solution means they did to correct the driveway Build it up to where it should be, but it is also very important that the top is one continuous surfaceIt should not appear to be spliced or patched Therefore the surface by the garage and road would have to be removed I believe with additional asphalt applied from top to bottom with much more asphalt applied between the top and bottom bringing the driveway up to the LEVEL OF THE LAWN BEST AS POSSIBLE Which is what Superior Seal hand wrote onto the contract before I would sign it Also they need to properly clean my siding where they left asphalt on it I'll remove or correct the dirt they took off the side edge of the driveway and threw on top of the mulch Please note: I attempted to include some pictures to demonstrate what I was talking about It appears I may have included one but I don't know how to verify that on your system For that reason I will not try to attach others However if anyone would like to see the work performed by Superior Seal the address is at [redacted] ** If they knock on my door I'll show them the contract as well Regards, [redacted]
