protect peronal property. I then layed on top of drop cloth and looked up inside Mr [redacted]'s fireplace to determine the severity of the fireplace and perform my inspection. Chimney was dirty needed cleaning but look like it was maintained. I then get my helper who comes inside with chimney brushes and the ash vacuum designed for ashes with a triple filter that captures 99.99% of ash dust and debris. I put my 1/4inch wands up the chimney and I close the damper to reveal about a inch I slowly clean the chimney with the whip while the nozzle of my vacuum at the throat of the damper to catch the dust that escapes the damper thats closed to a inch opening my wands come in 3 fot section once the 3 foot is in chimney I then vacuum out the damper and send another rod up the chimney I repeat these steps until I finished while I was cleaning the chimney MR. [redacted] was sitting apprx 4 ft from me and wacthed me the whole entire time, also where his fireplace is located in his living room it was surrounded by windows and a french door I believe. When the sun is protruding in to your living space you can't help but to notice dust particles floating around your house there is no doubt in my mind that if this incident had really happen Mr.[redacted] would have notice it immediately... On 10/8 11:52am he calls me 2 days later this man is trying to get something for free.. thank you
