Tried to double-bill me for services based on bad or even suspicious bookkeeping. Made me jump through hoops to resolve the issue, and offered no apology. Difficult to contact through Internet.

Superior Seamless did a great job... The installers were on time, courteous and worked diligently until finished. They left the job site tidy but, best of all, the gutters were installed properly and neatly - and solved the water issue!

My name is [redacted], I live in Sheboygan, Wi. [redacted]. I wanted to take a moment to express my opinion of the quality of service and professionalism for Superior Seamless, Inc. While my job was not small, and required, custom half round gutters, and round downspouts to reflect the style of my home, built in 1860, I chose to go the extra mile and use the style "original" to the structure. I did so, along with the creative asistance of [redacted], from Superior Seamless. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable, he helped me achieve the style I was looking for, and quoted me after two jobsite visits and consultations within one week. He mentioned to me first off, that he would not be the cheapest, but he ensured me that he would be at my jobsite every day until the project was completed. This made me feel more comfortable that I was going to be getting a job well done, and indeed I did. His staff, while rather young, (they have to be... to be crazy enough to crawl on rooflines and pitches such as mine) were very professional and courteous. No offensive loud music blarring all throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves after every shift. I also had a deadline for a 4th of July party, which they meet.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, creativity, and service.
