This cosold me termite service and protection that they knew I already hadIt is a new house, they were aware of the development practices
On 3/13/Josh C*** of Superior Services came to my newly constructed house to talk about pest controlHe said I needed termite protection along with several other services.He and I discussed the bate stations already installed around my houseHe said those were not termite protection just bate and I still needed his serviceI purchased his termite services along with several othersThe termite part of it was $Several days later they came out and treated all around the houseAbout a week later a *** representative came by to bring my Termite bond, to my surpriseThey had taken care of it and was garintee for yearI called Superior to complain and talked to JeffHe was very defensive and rudeHe said it was my fault (somehow) and that I had signed a paper changing from them to his coIf I did that it was slipped inI w

The original agreement for start of service states we had days to change our minds and now they are using the same for years later
The agreement for service stated we had days to change our minds at the start of service but years later we have been having poor service and our lawn has gotten much worseWe should not had renewed the agreement on 6-19-for the following year but we did because we had no one elseNow we have another contractor and asked for a refund on the remaining months but were deniedThe next service year started in July and our last treatment was on 9-26-We notified Superior that their services were no longer needed and requested a refund for the balance of the year but they say noWe feel this is very unfair because the renewal card does not say anything about a day cancellation noticeWe did not have a copy of the original agreement until I requested one from them which they sent via the mail

Do NOT do any business with these people. I am in the process of fighting them for payment taken and services not received. On 7/30/15 they charged my stepfathers credit card $600 for one year of service. Three days later he passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. I contacted the company as executor of the estate and requested a full refund since no services had been delivered and we no longer needed their service. I was told they DO NOT ever give refunds and I could transfer the service if we sold the house. Of course this had nothing to do with the cancellation of this agreement. I asked the CC company to fight this and they said they would. They gave us an immediate refund and I thought the issue was resolved. Now I get notification that they could not get the company to agree to a refund either and were rebilling the estate. Now my mothers estate is being called by collectors for services never received. Do not do business with these people.
