I am not going to be blackmailed into refunding her. I give a fair, 30 day warranty after my services. She can’t expect me to come out again for free after 8 months of a clear drain line, nor will I refund her. She paid $800, and I jet cleaned her pipes spotless. She got what she paid for. I told...

her jetting is the best way to clean her pipe because if I snaked her pipe, it would just poke a hole in the clog since her pipe was so compacted with grease and food. She agreed to the jet cleaning.When she stated that I didn’t tell her in person that her pipes were pitched wrong, that is a lie. I specifically told her that her pipes were pitched wrong and along with her throwing food down her garbage disposal she most likely will clog again.  There is no way I, or anyone could know when she would clog again.  I would never give her, or any of my customers a timeframe on that. I specifically told her she’s going to have to fix the issue of her pipe line OR stop using her newly installed garbage disposal but I doubt she’s done either. These two issues combined are the perfect recipe for a clog.
