the device. (Everything on the list was checked and confirmed it was working properly before the repair) And was rechecked after the repair is complete. We replaced the LCD Assembly on her phone, therefore that is the only part of the phone that is under warranty. Before leaving, customer signed the Intake Form verifying that everything was working properly when she left. Customer returned the next day because her home button stopped working. I tried to explain that the home button was working when she left the day before and that it wasn't a part that we replaced so it couldn't be warrantied. The situation escalated and her father assaulted one of the business owners and a report was filed with the police.
